Paul Ngend is a Cameroon native, founder and President of Alyzee Football Academy. His career in the global world of football spans over 30 years. He has spent the last 20 years perfecting his development ideology as a coach. Paul's accredited technical and tactical dynamics have served as the catalyst for a vast catalogue of players at collegiate and professional levels. Based in the District of Columbia (D.C.), Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) markets, Some of his successes include: Andi Sullivan of the United States Women's National Team (USWNT), Junior Flores of Borussia Dortmund, and Chase Gasper of the U20 USMNT.
