Paul Ngend is a Cameroon native and founder and President of Alyzee Sports Academy. He has been involved with soccer for over 30 years. He has spent the last 20 years as a coach and an expert in player development. Paul's reputation is one of the best in the business, and he is well known for his proven training methods. With his training system, he has personally developed over 100 players to play the collegiate and professional level in the District of Columbia (D.C.), Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) markets. Some of his successes include: Andi Sullivan of the United States Women's National Team (USWNT), Junior Flores of Borussia Dortmund, and Chase Gasper of the U20 USMNT.
He is a former professional player for clubs in France and Africa. Paul knows what it truly takes to make it to the highest level. He also recently (in December 2016) featured in CBS Orlando’s
