Paul Ngend is a Cameroon native and founder and President of Alyzee Sports Academy. He has been involved with soccer for over 30 years. He has spent the last 20 years as a coach and an expert in player development. Paul's reputation is one of the best in the business, and he is well known for his proven training methods. With his training system, he has personally developed over 100 players to play the collegiate and professional level in the District of Columbia (D.C.), Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) markets. Some of his successes include: Andi Sullivan of the United States Women's National Team (USWNT), Junior Flores of Borussia Dortmund, and Chase Gasper of the U20 USMNT.
He is a former professional player for clubs in France and Africa. Paul knows what it truly takes to make it to the highest level. He also recently (in December 2016) featured in CBS Orlando’s

News Story regarding a company called SIGNnow Sports who requested Paul's expertise to travel to Orlando, Florida for two separate training events to train, critique and scout players with the potential to play at the next level. With his knowledg of the game and business acumen, along with his insight and understanding of the Cameroon market; he is the perfect individual to drive ASA as the premier soccer academy in Cameroon.
The ASA model aims to solve this problem by offering Cameroonian players the opportunities to grow both on and off the field by providing our services tuition-free. ASA makes money based on two ROIs called “Compensation for Formation” and a selling fee. Compensation for Formation is broken down based on several factors including the age of the player, how long they have been in the academy, and the dollar amount of the contract.
